I’m Janae.

I’ve spent the last 5 years helping companies scale and build high performing teams.

I’m a high-energy, high-performing Talent Acquisition and G+A Operations leader. I’m highly analytical, creative, and strategic about how I approach problem solving as a leader. Throughout my career I have played a pivotal role in leading and managing change within teams, and worked to ensure individuals are empowered, accountable, recognized, and rewarded.

In my most recent role, I spent the last 3.5 years building a Series B startup from 100 to over 750 employees (Currently Series F). I was hired as a founding recruiter and focused my energy on not just increasing headcount, but making sure we as a company were focused on meaningful growth by analyzing and understanding a hired candidate’s performance throughout their tenure at the company and advising my leaders on how to interview and find top talent.

As a manager, I supported Go-to-Market and Revenue hiring globally— but as an individual contributor, I supported and grew every team at the company.

I spent the last year growing our international footprint in London and grew our EMEA team from 7 to 50 individuals.

While my title has always said Talent Acquisition, I played a pivotal role in extending across the broader People Team to develop programs, trainings, and branding initiatives to support the overall Talent Strategy.
